'Tis the Season Official Sweepstakes Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligibility: The 'Tis the Season Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (U.S.), age 21 or older at the time of entry. Void outside the US, in Puerto Rico, and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees of Sweets in Bloom (the "Sponsor") and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state and local laws and regulations.

To Enter: There are 2 ways to enter.

Method #1: Visit http://www.sweetsinbloom.com/free or http://www.sweetsinbloom.com/sweetrewards.asp and follow all entry instructions to complete and submit the online entry form. Online entries must be received between 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET) on Monday, 09/28/2009 and 11:59 PM on Friday, 12/18/2009 (the "Sweepstakes Entry Period"). Sponsor’s clock is the official time clock for the Sweepstakes. Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Limit: One online entry per person . In the event of a dispute, online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

Method #2: Mail a postcard, including your name and complete address, to: Sweets in Bloom “'Tis the Season" Sweepstakes 8950 Rossash Road, Cincinnati, OH 45236. Each postcard must be mailed separately and must be postmarked between [day], [date], and Friday, 12/18/2009 and received by Monday, 12/28/2009. Photocopied, illegible, or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected or postage-due mailed entries.

Prizes & Values: The Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of All Prizes: $595

Grand Prize: There will be One (1) Grand Prize of a 32” LCD HDTV (ARV: $350). TOTAL ARV of Grand Prize: $350

Weekly Prizes: There will be seven (7) total prizes of a “Sweets in Bloom” Candy Bouquet. One Candy Bouquet prize will be designated for each of the seven (7) weeks of the Sweepstakes Entry Period, each having an ARV of $35. Total ARV of All Weekly Prizes: $245.

One weekly prize will be designated for each of the seven (7) weeks of the Sweepstakes Entry Period. All eligible entries need to be received by or before the designated week’s  entry close date noted in the chart below to be eligible for that week’s prize. Entrants will be eligible to win a prize for the week during which the entry is received. Non-winning weekly entries will be rolled over to subsequent weekly Entry Periods. All entrants will be eligible for the Grand Prize, regardless of which weekly period they have entered.
DESIGNATED PRIZE WEEKS

Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received, but is estimated at 1:5,000 for Grand Prize; 1:250 for Weekly Prizes.
Random Drawing:  The Weekly Prize Winners for each designated week , will be selected in a random drawing noted in the above chart.  The Grand Prizewinner random drawing will occur no later than Friday, January 8, 2010.  The random drawings will occur at the offices of Market Intelligence Group, an independent agent of the Sponsor whose decisions are final. Weekly Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received within the corresponding week’s entry period in the chart above. The Grand Prize Winner will be selected from the total number of entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

Prize Conditions: WEEKLY PRIZE: All entrants who provide a valued email address, will be emailed weekly (11/02/09 to 12/22/09) (unless requested otherwise) a Unique Entrant code, requesting that the entrant check the Weekly Winners posted at http://www.sweetsinbloom.com/weeklywinners.asp to see if they are that's week's winnner.  The weekly winners will be required to contact us by email at candy@sweetsinbloom.com or by phone at 1-800-366-9911 by the first Friday after the Monday random drawing (see chart above).  If the weekly winner does not contact us by Friday, 5pm ET, it will result in disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing.

GRAND PRIZEWINER: The Grand Prizew inner will be notified by email or telephone.

All winners may be required to sign and return, within ten (10) days of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Waiver, and where allowable, a Publicity Release (collectively, "the Releases"). If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, it will result in disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing. If a winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state or province of primary residence, his/her prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who must execute the Releases on the minor winner's behalf. Prizes are non-assignable or transferable to another individual, except to a surviving spouse.

Prize is not redeemable for cash, and no substitution is permitted except if prize offered is unavailable, in which case the Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local, provincial sales and income taxes, if applicable. Winner acknowledges that the Sponsor and all other businesses affiliated with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner are responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of the prize being offered. Entry and acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Sponsor or their agent(s) to use winner's name, prize won, hometown and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. All prizes are guaranteed to be awarded.

General: Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and release the Sponsor and their affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation in the promotion, and the acceptance and use/misuse of the prize offered. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use/misuse or redemption of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of any prize.

Privacy: By entering and providing the required entry information, Entrants acknowledge that Sweets in Bloom may also send information or special offers it believes may be of interest to Entrant, or other information or goods offered by its marketing partners and Sponsors. Personal information collected from online entrants is subject to the Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.sweetsinbloom.com.

Winner Confirmation. For a written confirmation of the winners (available after 02/01/2010), send a stamped, self-addressed envelope no later than 01/15/2010, to: Sweets in Bloom “'Tis the Season Winners List" Sweepstakes 8950 Rossash Road, Cincinnati, OH 45236.

Sweepstakes Facts

You Have Not Yet Won. All entries have the same chance of winning. No one will know who the Grand Prizewinner is until after the Sweepstakes ends.
Entry Is Free. You don't have to buy anything to enter. Just fill out the fields in the online entry form and submit or enter by mail.

Buying Won't Help You Win. Chances of winning without a purchase are the same as the chances of someone who buys something.
Entry Deadline/Sweepstakes Closing Date. To be eligible to win each prize offered in this Sweepstakes, your entry must be received by the applicable Entry Deadline stated in this communication. If there is no Entry Deadline stated, your entry must be received by the Final Sweepstakes Closing Date of Friday, 12/18/2009.
